1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and EzyVibe LLC ("EzyVibe", "we", "us"). By accessing the platform or making a booking you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What we provide

EzyVibe offers curated short-term accommodation packages for major events in the Los Angeles area. We market fixed Event Stay Packages across three collections — Standard, Premium and Luxury — and custom stays of 1 to 30 nights. Prices are presented transparently with a full cost breakdown before payment.

3. Bookings and pricing

• Displayed prices are starting ("from") rates per collection and package; your final total is shown in the price breakdown before checkout.
• The total may include a rental fee, service fee, cleaning fee, applicable taxes and a refundable security deposit, each itemised at checkout.
• A booking is confirmed only once payment is completed and you receive a written confirmation.

4. Guest responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking and contact information.
• Comply with the house rules and occupancy limits of each property.
• Treat the property and neighbours with care and respect.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy and any refunds by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a booking is limited to the total amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
